Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products were damaged after installation.
- Items without original packaging or accessories.
- Customized or special-order systems.
Exchange
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll process it based on stock availability.
